Samsung's Note series has been attracting attention since the first model, with its huge screen and S Pen. The situation has not changed with the latest Galaxy Note 5 model, and Samsung welcomed us with a high-end design as well as an improved S Pen.

In the new model, Samsung finally seems to have given up on smartphones with plastic cases. The Note 5 case, which combines aluminum and glass, looks eye-catching. We can safely say that it is one of the most beautiful phones on the market. The Note 5 has four different color options and the S Pen has undergone plastic surgery. The aluminum-plated pen matches the design of the phone and looks better quality.

Measuring 153.2 x 76.1 x 7.6 mm, the phone weighs 171 grams. We can say that it is slightly smaller but thicker than the iPhone 6 Plus, but the screen of the iPhone 6 Plus is 5.5 inches, while the Note 5 is 5.7 inches. The 7000 series of aluminum used is both more durable and lighter than standard aluminum. Gorilla Glass 4 is preferred in glass. All of which puts the Galaxy Note 5 above its competitors.

Its sloping edges make it easy to hold the Note 5. It's important because the phone is so big that it can be hard for some to hold it with one hand.

The S Pen is of course the most important feature of the Note series, since these phones are devices designed for those who like to take notes by typing. Redesigned on the Note 5, the S Pen is much more stylish than its predecessors. When you press the corner of the phone, the pen slightly pops out of place. The pressure sensitivity was increased compared to the S Pen on the Note 4, which was already very successful. Just use the S Pen for a few minutes to understand how perfectly you grasp your finger movements.

Even the S Pen can use the AirCommand feature together. Familiar with Note users, this feature provides shortcuts to apps such as screen note-taking and smart selection. You can also add your own shortcuts, such as "Open Spotify".

The Samsung Galaxy Note 5's 5.7-inch Quad HD Super AMOLED display is simply fantastic. Thanks to its pixel density of 518 ppi, it is impossible to see pixels. On the other hand, we also need to remind that this screen is almost identical to the Note 4. Samsung has not yet deemed a 4K screen necessary. He's not wrong. This screen, which we tested by watching several movies, is one of the best screens on the market.
